Welcome to the Natural Harmony website.
My name is Dawn Henderson. I am a Reiki Master, Reiki and Crystal therapist and
Transformational workshop leader. Natural Harmony is the result of my desire to help people to heal and transform their
lives.
Our philosophy at Natural Harmony is simple:
- Everyone is ultimately responsible for their own health and their own healing.
- True health is 'wholeness', bringing every part of ourselves -body, mind, emotions
and spirit- back into balance and harmony.

Consciousness in the world is changing. More and more people are recognising a sense of
unfulfilment and disconnectedness from who they really are. They are aware that something is missing or not quite right
in their lives. They want to change things but don't know how.
